John became our realtor about 15 years ago when we were searching for our first house. He invested resources, and time, LOTS of time, to help us find a home to purchase. The market was very busy at that time, most properties were selling pretty quickly. We were outbid multiple times, or properties were going into foreclosure before offers were even looked at. Anyway, it took almost an entire year for us to get a house! He stuck with us the entire time without complaining or changing his commitment. I don't think that any other realtor would have done that.
